Prof.Murukan Babu C.R is the Editor- in-chief of Lexi Sofia. He is also the Principal of Nirmala College of Arts and Sceince and the research chair of Arts and Science at Nirmala Research Centre. He has an academic experience of about 40 years and has been in senior leadership positions of major universities in the state. He has also worked in close association with the Ministry of overseas affairs, Government of India to upskill the youth. He has published various books with esteemed publishers including Oxford University Press and Cambridge University Press and is currently penning his 20th book. Prof. Murukan is on a strong drive to part quality education of the highest standards. To facilitate the same, he dedicates a youtube channel with detailed explanations of prominent British literary works. He enjoys lifetime membership at various universities including MG University. Calicut University among others.

Ludovica Gualtieri is a young dynamic entrepreneur and fashion designer from Milan in Italy. Having graduated from the prestigious Instituto Marangoni, which is the 9th best school in the world to study fashion, Ludovica started her own brand – Ludovica Gualtieri Milano, which focuses on contemporary designs along with careful detailing to sustainability. She is a strong advocate for green fashion and is one of the pioneers in the world to include the idea in lingerie. She has crossed the boundaries via all possible mediums to spread her vision and is currently associated with the sustainability department of Cambridge University, UK. After years of continuous travels, dealing with different cultures, she brings to the market a new concept of wellness through fabrics, what she envisages as the ‘wellness of the future’.
Dhwani Nagpal

Dhwani Nagpal is the content and partnership specialist of World Economic Forum, Switzerland. She has completed her bachelor’s from the prestigious Delhi University and her summer school at the world-famous London school of economics in international political economy. Dhwani was awarded a master’s in development studies from the Geneva Graduate Institute. She was also associated with the research and information systems (RIS) for developing countries and authored papers on Mega Regional Trade Agreements and their impact on the global economy, estimating changes in trade patterns and economic and political climate. She was briefly associated with United Nation Human Right (UNHR) and Norwegian Refugee Council. Dhwani’s vast expertise and experience in the domain is also due to her association with the World Food Programme of the United Nations in operational information management and with the International Womens Inititative as a new developments reporter.
Ms. Sumitra Anilkumar

Ms. Sumitra Anilkumar is a highly committed Administrator and Educator with over 20 years of experience at the higher education level in India and UAE. SHe hasExperience in leading the design, delivery, performance monitoring and review of courses (Online and Faceface mode) in Chemical Engineering, Research Methods and Environmental Sciences. She is a Fellow of Higher Education Academy (U.K) and holds Master’s in Chemical Engineering with an extensive background of developing and conducting special programmes for at-risk and special needs students and second language learners. She served as the Senior Instructor and Course Coordinator, Research Methods Course at Zayed University, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates for seven years. Her career spans as Freelance Tutor in Abu Dhabi, Lecturer, S.S.J. College of Engineering, Mumbai University and VIsiting Lecturer, SVB College of Pharmacy, Mumbai University. She is certified trainer in different areas namely as Apple Teacher by Apple Inc, in 2021 and Certified Online Educator, Hamdan Bin Mohammed Smart University, UAE, 2020. She was conferred the status of “Teaching Fellow” by HEA, U.K- December 2018. She is the Manuscript Reviewer for Journal titled Learning and Teaching in Higher Education: Gulf Perspectives.
Dr. Rahul Cyriac

Dr Rahul Cyriac is an experienced food technology scientist with over 20 years of dedicated service to the academic domain. He has completed his postgraduate studies and Ph.D from the prestigious University of Strathclyde, Glasgow. Upon completion of his Ph.D, Dr Rahul started working in the university focusing on food microbiology. He has also completed short sabbaticals in various esteemed campuses in Kerala. He has spearheaded various research activities and product developments in the area of food technology.
Dr. Twinkle K. Antony

Dr.Twinkle is the co-chair of research at Nirmala Institutions. She is anastute mentor and is a familiar face in MOOC platforms. She has obtained her dual masters degree in commerce and management from Mahatma Gandhi University and Ph.D from Bharathiar University, India. She has exhibited a greater acumen pioneering specialised works on the environmental aspect of marketing in the state. She has written various articles and research papers on the same. Some of her key publications include Green marketing (2016), Go green and save green (2016) among others.

Dr.Indulatha is Professor & Research Director at Nirmala Institutions. Prior to the current research-intensive role, she was the Vice principal of Sree Abirami College of Pharmacy, Coimbatore. She has more than 20 years of academic and research experience in the field of Pharmaceutical chemistry. She has penned 04 Text books, 02 Practical manuals, 02 book chapters, 37 research publications in various national and international journals. She guided more than 36 UG projects and 10 PG projects and 04 Ph D students. She has attended more than 22 national seminars, symposiums and conferences and presented over 13 scientific research papers. She is an active member of APTI, IPA, IPGA (Governing council member – Coimbatore chapter). She was honoured with the award “ Bharat Gaurav Puraskar” –from KTK Foundations, New Delhi for the excellence in the field of Pharmacy Education.She is the reviewer and co editor in 5 International journals.
Ms. Sindu Francis

Sindu Francis is the Head, Department of Costume and Fashion Designing in Nirmala College of Arts and Science. She has total work experience of twenty one years. She has worked at Multinational Buying House and various other garment export houses in Delhi for seven years and has a long teaching career of fourteen years.
Ms. Aparna Balakrishnan

A post graduate in ENglish Language and Literature and NET qualified, Ms. Aparna Balakrishnan is the Assistant Professor – English and Language Trainer in Nirmala Institutions, Meloor, Chalakudy. She has seven years of teaching experience in SCMS College of Polytechnics, Vaikkara, Carmel College, Mala and Kumaraguru Institute of Agriculture, Nachimuthupuram. She is the Skill Development Executive of ASAP (Additional Skill Acquisition Programme), an initiative of Government of Kerala. She is also a trainer and has handled training sessions for different batches of police cadets at Kerala Police Academy. She is a Communicative English Trainer giving online and offline sessions to individuals and groups of students. She is one of the resource persons associated with the Centre for Employability Skill Training. She was also the external mentor of SSP (Scholar Support Programme) while working at Carmel College, Mala. She has guided UG and PG projects during her experience in Carmel College, Mala. She has been in the editorial board of the college magazines and newsletters in Carmel College, Mala and Kumaraguru Institute of Agriculture, Nachimuthupuram.

She is a postgraduate in Electrical Engineering currently working as Assistant Professor in Nirmala Institute of Technology. She is a dedicated and professional electrical engineer who has been in the field for nearly 6 years. She has experience as MEP trainer in CAD-LAB Thrissur that provides Electrical Software Training in 3D modelling, documentation,designing and analysing. She has trained students and corporates on Computer Aided Design Software, worked closely with the marketing team as a technical advisor and assisted the Centre Head in marketing training programmes to students. She was the Electrical Instructor at Victory ITI, Thrissur where she administered all facilities and opportunities for students and provided appropriate coaching and guidance for students.

Ms.Ameefa is a postgraduate in Computer science and is currently pursuing Ph.D in the domain. She’s received specilised training in areas such as deep learning, image processing, robotics, digital forensics and so on. She is also an astute publisher in the domain and is also currently leading the IQAC cell of the college. She has an academic experience of more than 12 years and has led various academic projects during her tenure. In her previous capacity, she was the Google ACE coordinator and the NBA coordinator. Being a responsible person of science, she has worked for the optimal dissipation of her expertise in coding to the younger generation of the nation.

Dr.Sreerekha.N,. Mphil, PhD is the Associate Professor in the Department of English in Nirmala College of Arts and Science. She is a veteran scholar who served as an Associate Professor and former HOD of English at Panampilly Memorial Government College, Chalakudy. Her area of interest is Modern Drama and theatre. She has also published and edited several textbooks for various Universities in Kerala. She is the main author of ‘Reading Drama’ by National Oxford in 2011, ‘Reading Fiction’ by National Mainspring Publishers in 2015, ‘Studies in Fiction’ by National Mainspring Publishers in 2016. She is the second author of ‘English Grammar and Usage’ National Mainspring Publishers in 2020, ‘Introduction to Literary Studies’ by National Infogate Publishers in 2021and the third author of ‘ Melodies: An Anthology of Poems’ by National Ane Books Ltd in 2011.

Prof Geetha is an esteemed faculty of Nirmala College of Health Sciences. She has a rich teaching experience of over 27 years. She has completed her B.Pharm (First Rank) from Mangalore University and M.Pharm from College of Pharmaceutical Sciences Manipal. She is as astute learner and esteemed academician with multifarious awards including Mangalore University Gold Medal 1985 IDMA G.P.Nair Award 1985,M/s Pfizer Award 1985 , Dr.T.M.A. Pai Gold Medal 1985 and so on.

A post graduate in Advanced Manufacturing and Production Management Engineering, Mr. Arun K.S., is the Head of Department of Mechanical Engineering, Nirmala College of Engineering with eight years of teaching experience. He is a CQP – Certified Quality Professional by Omnex India Ltd. Chennai, and is technically qualified in AutoCAD, Pro E, CATIA and ANSYS. He has two years of professional experience in Suzlon Energy Composites Limited. He has done academic projects on ‘Optimization of Billet Shape for Minimum Forging Load Using Fem Analysis and Optimization Algorithm’ and ‘Fabrication of a Mini-Motocross Bike’.
